This centre is operated from the beginning of December 2002, in Kato Achaia Fleming & Sosou Tavromeneos str. The operation hours are 8 a.m. - 14.00 a.m. This one stop shoe centre improves the productivity of the Communal Authorities.
Its project focuses mainly on the fast finishing of the citizens' dealings with the Public Carriers. So the citizens don't have to be in trouble with lots of movements. They can receive at once the certificate they wish. Otherwise it can be sent by post or courier.
The administrative procedures, which are finished by the Service Centre, are more than 400:
Information through the phone number 1464 Information about the foreign citizens Intervention with the Public Services for disengagement of citizens' cases Recording of complaints and transmission of them to the supervisory services
The system of this Service is based on 2 factors:
a full equipped office (P/C and network) a direct and accurate information of the citizen
