Its goals came from the agreement of all the carriers who participate. According to the articles of association its goals are the following:

• The local, financial and cultural development of West Achaia.

• The development, maintenance and protection of the natural resources of the area.

• The undertaking of initiatives for investments about the development of the production procedure.

• The census of all the natural resources and the abilities of the West Achaia

• The application of programmes about the protection and management of the natural environment.

• The execution of projects or commissions, which are dedicated by every legal entity.

• The study and registration of the educational needs of the area and the management of educational programmes for the constitution and training of the habitants of West Achaia.

• The foundation of subsidiary companies for the promotion of every development action.

• Η μελέτη και καταγραφή των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών της περιοχής και η διαχείριση προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης, κατάρτισης και επιμόρφωσης των κατοίκων της Δυτικής Αχαΐας.

• The application of every programme about the co-operation with the European Union.
