In our municipality 17 schools and one nursery school are operated. All of them are public. A few years later two phenomena are noticed: the steady decrease of the students of the schools in districts and their movement in the capital.

In Kato Achaia: 1 Institute of Professional Preparation, 1 Lyceum, 1 High School, 1 Technical Lyceum, 2 Primary Schools, 2 Nursery Schools, 1 day-nursery.

Primary Schools and Nursery are also operated in the communal parts of our municipality.
